What is Padel?

Padel is a fast-paced game that combines elements of racquetball, squash, badminton, and tennis.

🎾
Padel is different from paddle tennis or platform tennis

It is played on an enclosed court with walls on all four sides. The game requires two players on each team using paddles to hit a soft ball over a low net into their opponents' side of the court.

Padel is played on a court smaller than tennis and played as doubles. The main difference between padel and tennis is the use of walls. Players are allowed to hit the ball off the walls much like they would in squash or racquetball. This makes for some exciting rallies and allows players to show off their creative shots.

Scoring works similar to traditional tennis; best out of 3 sets. The object of the game is to hit the ball in such a way that your opponent can't return it and score more points than your opponents.

Whether you're just starting out playing padel or already an experienced player, choosing the right padel racket can make all the difference in your game performance. Be sure to get your racket ready to Padel! 😄
